Oshkosh Condition Report

Hi everyone,

I was just over at Oshkosh setting up camp on Saturday, and I'm happy to report that the ground conditions are perfect! Not soggy, not dry and hard as a rock... Well, perfect! Yesterday and today are the hottest days of the summer so far, with highs around 90, but a cold front coming through the area this afternoon will change the winds, and the temps should drop back into the 70s. There is some rain forecast for the Sunday, but shouldn't be horrible, and the forecast for next week looks to be in the mid 70s, with low 80s by the ending weekend.

Sounds great! Had to take the day off work yesterday here to clear trees from our driveway to make it passable after substantial gust front in the wee hours.

I better pack a jacket, not sure if I can handle 70s after the weather we have been having the last few weeks. Good to know I can leave the rubber boots at home though.
