Fuel line hose connectors

As my BH was built in the non ethanol era, I decided to change all the rubber hose portions with new ethanol rated hose. What I found when I split the short sections, was hard, non flexible, and cracking rubber fuel line. I have one wing done, it is not fun but I kept thinking about the alternative! If your hose sections are pre 2010 I would check your lines if you run auto fuel. The lower main tank pickup hoses will be in the worst condition.
