Some interesting observations, correct me if I am wrong:
Root (0.032) center ribs (LSA)
plans built: lightening holes not to be flanged
factory: lightening holes are flanged
Nose ribs (LSA)
plans built: trim the nose after fitting the skins
factory: nose not trimmed, in fact has a flange around the front?
Probably it’s the difference in fabrication method which calls for different results.
Anyone care to point out other differences?
