I think you'll like PHIX. I bought a small spray bottle, but went through it fast. Then I bought a gallon which should easily get you through a fuselage and beyond. You can weld over it too. I've never had rust appear where it's been treated, but getting the epoxy on is the best. I need to try a test piece of priming directly over the PHIX. See what's real vs good marketing. sf.
