Has anyone used 3/8 tubing plumbing the aux tanks into the mains? Is there any benefit or reason not to use 3/8 over 1/4 tube?

Shorter transfer time is the only advantage I have seen and that is only if you think the time is too long for the 1/4" line. With the little Purolator pump I think the quoted time though 1/4 is 20-30 minutes for an AUX tank.

On the old Yahoo group, Wayne Massey reported " Based on reported user experience the 3/8" tube transfers the fuel from the aux tanks to the mains in 31 minutes, the 1/4" tube transfers the fuel in 43-44 minutes."

I cant vouch for that info. I ran 1/4 on mine. I'll probably run a test to see how long it takes in a couple of months.
