  • Bearhawk Trim Cables rubbing.

So as I rigged all my cables i noticed that the trim tab cables were sitting on top of the aleron cable. I put them below and same outcome. I built a small box to hold a fairlead and will be riveted to the cross bar to hold the trim cable up. Anyone else had this issue?

I had the same problem as you described...my fix was also very similar, but I used Al instead on steel

I simply slipped a snug fitting piece of vinyl tubing on the aileron cable where the trim cables rub it. Sort of a linear fairlead I guess. Copied the idea from Bob, so that's good enough for me.
