Dynon Transponder ADSB

Does anyone in Oz or NZ have experience using a Dynon transponder (SV-XPND-261) to meet recent ADSB requirements? Are there any issues with disabling the 978 Mhz transmission? (Or is it receive only on this model?)

Any advice or feedback appreciated.
