After a few tries and looking at other builders pics, this is how we attached brake lines at the brake/rudder pedals: The reservoir is in front of the firewall and feeds through the firewall to the two low pressure nylon lines, which then feed the upper fittings on the middle two brake cylinders. The from the bottom of those cylinders, we used 45deg fittings to braided stainless steel lines which snake under the floor and then cross over to 90deg fittings on the upper part of the cylinders on the outside two pedals. Then from the bottom of those, we used 90deg fittings to braided lines back under the floor to the bulkhead fitting that feeds the gear leg lines. This method doesn’t put much twisting forces on the fittings, and is very tidy. We added a few zipties and some spiral wrap in a few spots to tidy things up.
