Fuel tank strap anchor

On the false spar there are nut plates to anchor the tank straps please could someone let me know what 10-32 screws or bolts to use here?
The hardware options are mind-boggling!

Frustrating to say the lest,I purchased a large supply of AN bolts and I never seam to have the correct one's on hand. I used AN3-5A with a washer under bolt head on strap.

My straps are .025 and I used AN3-4A
