third class medical

I am building the patrol and am happy with my choice.
I do wonder about the effect of third class medical reform.
Are members building the LSA for economy and fun, or was it because of the third class medical?

I made the LSA choice for long term savings in fuel and the lower price of the smaller engine. Also, the simpler construction was attractive from a building and maintenance perspective. Depending on the outcome of the third class medical, I am considering increasing the gross weight to 1,500 lbs.

My thoughts exactly Stephen. It will become an experimental with a 1500 lb gross weight. I hope it is changed soon as I would like to use a 0-320 150 HP engine.
