Good day all,
Next week, my family and I will be moving to the thriving metropolis of Milwaukee, Wisconsin! We'll actually be living in the burbs, but Milwaukee is easier to locate on the map.
Bonus is that I'll be exactly one hour from Oshkosh now! That will make Airventure that much sweeter. And the impromptu visits to the museum in case I have a burning desire for a book, video, or cool airplane time.
I'll be based at Milwaukee's Timmerman Airport (KMWC) for the time being. I live almost exactly in between Timmerman and Hartford airports (home of many Cub-related activities), so I'll be looking closely at both as a permanent home. Timmerman airport manager told me that I didn't want to build a hangar there because of city regulations and ownership clauses. So I may end up in Hartford anyway. Visited it last weekend, and it's like a dream come true!
So if you see a new name, worry not. Rest assured it's the same guy.
Looking forward to the Bearhawk BBQ again in a couple of months!
