Aileron stops

A lot of people ask about aileron stops. The rudder and elevator stops are obvious in the plans but no aileron stops are shown. Here is how I did it on my Patrol. A couple of 1/8" this strips of aluminum bar about 1/2" wide, riveted to the floor panel on either side of the control stick. Eric Newton - Long Beach, MS http://mybearhawk.com

Here's a couple of pictures of what I did for the aileron stop issue. It also helps to cover the area behind the control stick. I had to make the part twice before I got the proper deflection of the ailerons.
