Torque Wrenches

Hi all. I'm researching torque wrenches for an engine rebuild. I have looked at Snap On and CDI (made by Snap On but less expensive). On a tool as critical as this I'm not too concerned about price, very concerned about quality and accuracy. Whatever I buy will go through the certification process. Any comments, advice and user experience appreciated. I'm looking at 3/8 and 1/2 drives.

I've got a Proto 3/8" drive 0-200 in lb wrench and a Proto 1/2" drive 0-200 ft lb wrench. Both ratcheting type. They're good quality tools, readily available on Ebay. As long as you get a good quality, name brand tool and get it calibrated, you can't go wrong.

I have the snapon digital torque wrench that I have had for quite a few years. Been a great unit and has need gone out of calibration. it may not be official but my snapon guy has a device on his truck to check your wrench. I would not think you would need both a 3/8 and 1/2 units
