Sealing cowling

In an effort to seal the upper cowl as best as possible I noticed the air gaps around the door hinge. Has anyone addressed this?

I riveted a section of baffle material between the hinge and the cowl door.

Great idea, Not there yet, but I will remember it

As this leak is significant on the pressure side of our enclosure, I believe it has Been accounted for by the size of our intakes
