I believe Real life utility data numbers on your aircraft are almost kept a secrete to thouse outside our community. Add them to your ad. You have skillfully gathered and packaged them better than anyone else I know of.

Landing speed, takeoff/landing distance data, cruise data. Also the useful load. Send the message "don't buy it for the panel, interior, beauty, or build quality. Buy it for its utility." They get their cake and eat it too with your offering.

Also, I'd add a photo of the baggage area with that cubby for the golf clubs. I might put something in there about how the plane "can really haul the mail", or some such thing to emphasize the load carrying capability
