After 2 months of family emergences I finally got back to the patrol. Like the ribs I primed the surfaces that would be sandwiched together then will prime the whole assembly. Came up with an easy way to buck the rivets but will put that in the tips section as it will work on the other Bearhawk models.

Way to keep your head up Doug! I bet going back to the shop is a nice change of pace.

I am using Sem self etching primer. A lot of good reviews and comes in quarts and rattle cans. No alodine. I think of all the 50+ year old Cessnas that have neither alodine or primmer/paint and are still flying.
