Aileron hinge dimensions

Ok this time I searched the forum first but could not find the answer. Drawing 14 shows 6 5/16" from the face of the rear spar to the center of pivot of the aileron hinge. The book shows 6 3/16" on the drawing for the welding jig. I measured off the master rib jig (mylar) and scaled off the assemble drawing on drawing 12 and think the 6 3/16" is correct. Am I missing something?

I don't have Patrol plans, but I wonder if that is to account for the 1/8" capstrip that the hinge mounts to? I assume the Patrol rear spar is constructed the same.

On a patrol its 1/16" but no, I am looking at the drawing of the part itself and the jig to build that part, and they are different.
