support frame end dimension

I'm going with my first instinct which is to use the dimension given, but want to make sure this hasn't come up before: the 2-1/4 dimension shown here disagrees with the drawing more than the usual Sharpie tolerance. All other dimensions line up pretty exact with my ruler. Is there a change I'm missing? This determines the relationship between the two spars so might be worth double-checking..

The 2 1/4" dimension is correct. I measured a factory support frame weldment.
