Root rib doubler attach angle

The patrol and probably the 4 place have doubled (back to back) 032 root ribs. There is a 032 attach angle for the spars on the fuselage side. I am trying to confirm that there is no reason to add the 032 attach angle on the outside since it does not attach to the spar and that location is already well supported by the attach angle that is riveted to the spar.

Correct, inboard side only attach angles and stiffeners on rib 1.
