Wish me luck, on my way to bend the spars for my patrol and my friends 4place BH tonight. I've lost sleep worring about bending these. Good news is we have another bearhawk builder that has been down this road helping us.

I am glad we were able to get most of those done. It took a little while to do but if you think about it we got quite a bit done. It shouldn't take a whole lot to finish up those 2 more spars.

Thanks again for all the help! We figured out what the problem was with the flap ribs, well nothing was wrong with them we were trying to bend the aileron blanks over the flaps lol good thing we decided to stop. Here is a couple pictures. Hey can u shoot me a picture of that joggle tool u made?
