First Patrol quick build kits

Does anyone know the date the first quick build Patrol kits were available for sale? Thanks

I dont know but here is some data that gets you in the ballpark. In 2004 - 2009 there was a newsletter to teach builders how to build scratch build a Patrol. It came out once a year. The 2007 issue advertises parts for sale. The 2008 issue advertises the "Quick Build Kit."

BTW, The Plans for the Patrol was first advertised in Beartracks in July 2002, but its introduced in April 2003, and the Phase 1 test flight was in progress. Beartracks is pretty quiet by and large about the Patrol. I wonder why.....maybe it was a newsletter for the Four and there was to be a sister publication for the Patrol builders.

The factory's publication was called Hawk Talk and they were "in full production" making the Four in Spring of 2002.
