I'm getting close to this step on my 4-place QB (A-model) wings (circa 2006). I see the original builder's manual suggested to hang the flaps and ailerons before riveting the top wing skins down. I see that the new manual, and Bcone1381 in his 4/2020 post above, say to close out the wings first (including trailing edge stiffeners and aileron cove covers), and then hang the control surfaces. Is that now the recommended sequence? It seems it would be nice to have easy access to the hinge bolts on the inside surface of the rear spar, but not at the expense of mis-drilled holes and/or rigging problems later!
