Engineering change notice October 2010B?

Looking back through the engineering changes for the patrol, I notice a change from 10/2010 which calls out installing a bulkhead for the elevator pushrod to pass through at station G-K. I haven’t seen any photos of patrols with this included, is this something people are doing and I’ve missed it?

I installed the bulkhead. I fabricated the bulkhead out of UHMW plastic, something out of your recycling bin will work. I attached it to the tubes at G-K station using MS21919-WD Adel cushion tube clamps. The bulkhead will be slightly oval to accommodate a slight vertical movement as the tube travels for and aft.
