    For local fun flying does anyone fly the Patrol with window open like a Cub? Is it ok to fly with a window or both windows open? Is it ok to take off and land with them open? What would be the max speed to fly with them open? Thanks

    Yes - fly with them both open-takeoff and landing.all speeds- usually taxi to run up area on a hot day with the right window open - then we close it / or not. The Cessna wing vents keep me cool with cabin windows closed like if someone’s in the back or on XC.

        Paul;

        Should I install two Cessna Vents or is one adequate? Do you have any other fresh air supply other than the window + Cessna Vents?

          Hi Brooks-no other vents- the Cessna vents blow air on your head . The head is the main radiator that cools your blood. Also I think this quantity of air keeps the pilot more aware. For these reasons I get past being blasted in the face. A vent on one side would probably be fine. The passenger behind you also enjoys this air.

        My patrol has 2 Soros vents, which I recommend. One for each seat. It does a nice job sending air to the backseat.
