  • New Bearhawk builder in Texas!

Well, I have officially embarked on this journey to build and fly my own airplane. My goal is to prep my garage and get my airplane factory set up by the end of the year. I have started a blog at andy'sairplanefactory.blogspot.com to keep track of my progress. Any feedback, tips, or advice is greatly appreciated! Andy Andy Martinez CFI CFII MEI

Used to know the area pretty well. Had family in Kaufman, Murchison, Athens and Malakoff and we had business dealings in Tyler, Kilgore and Lindale too It's been probably close to 45 years since I've been over to the Rose Gardens. Used to go to Canton a lot too.

Christmas came early for me. I received my plans in the mail day before yesterday. I have been going over them and I built my EAA workbenches. Still working on transforming the garage into an airplane factory.
