Hi. I am Richard Nicholson from South Africa. I bought my Bearhawk 260 plans(#606) 20 odd years ago.
I started building but then life got in the way. I am now ready to continue on my own project.
For work I maintain Non Type Certified aircraft and I am instructor on LSA
Fuselage has been welded. I have a basic "A' wing kit that I
bought from someone who had good intentions to build a Bearhawk but ran out of energy.
Engine will be Lycoming O-540 260 hp. Prop still not decided.
I will be asking for lots of advise.
To date I have not flown the 4 seater but I have many instuction hours on both LSA and Patrol. Very honest aircraft both of them so no doubt the 4 seater will not disappoint.
I am looking forward to it.
