Scratch build Bearhawk B #1771

Hello from Ontario, Canada. I've been keeping an eye on the Bearhawk for a few years and have been enamored by its capabilities. I finally have access to a 2-car garage I can use as a workshop so I took the plunge and will be scratch building a model B. The wealth of knowledge and active members here, as well as Eric Newton's manuals, definitely makes me breath easier. Looking forward to this new and exciting journey.

Welcome! I'm just finishing a scratch build 4A (#1078) about 70kms west of Ottawa. Where are you located?

The aircraft is complete, but I am waiting for spring to take it to the airport and have the MD-RA inspection. Once the test program is complete (or I am comfortable with the engine and aircraft) I'll bring it home to my grass strip and hangar.
