SES in Maule

Got a chance to fly a Maule on floats this past week, it was the closest thing I could find to a Bearhawk. It had an IO-540 @ 235 HP and performed well. If anyone wants their Seaplane rating in the Florida area......I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Florida Seaplanes It was the most fun I've had in an airplane! I am definitely going to put my BH on floats one day

I did. It only took 2 days and 4.7 hours. The checkride was another .8

Including the flight home from the checkride I had a total of 6 hours SES time.

I brought my family and made a long weekend out of it. There is plenty to do in the area to keep them busy while I flew.
