Factory rib joggles

there are spacer bars underneath the rib attach angles. they basically take up room between the cap strips to give the angles a flat rivet surface. The plans show these where the cap strips run on the spar, and I added them all the way to the tip so that the rib base would be at the same level all down the wing.
