Home made air hammer. There are commercially made ones available. John Snapp has an interesting youtube video showing their utility. I found this tool to be useful. There is something different about this process - as compared to a regular hammer. Aluminum has a 13 degree spring back that is annoying when using a conventional hammer. For some reason the spring back is considerably less with an air hammer. I would add whatever disclaimers that are appropriate. Your safety is your business.

Cool tool I bought an air hammer as well, and put the TMT flow-forming head into it. I don't think my air compressor has enough capacity to operate it efficiently, though.
