I'm waiting on delivery of primer. If I drill my ribs for stiffeners before priming, will I struggle to get the rivets through the holes after priming?

I recommend that you drill and deburr your holes before priming. Put the primer on light as it should be, and you won't have any trouble getting the rivets in. If you put the primer on heavy, You can always run a drill bit through and clean out any primer if needed. Eric Newton - Long Beach, MS http://mybearhawk.com

Thanks Eric. It has also been suggested that I don't cut my ribs to length until assembly to ensure a good fit. Would you agree with this strategy to avoid building extra ribs or would you think it safe enough to cut to length before priming?
