Im not sure if the image will come through so here's a description. On the main spar web underneath the spacer bar that is 2 center ribs out from the splice, I have an oblong hole. Apparently when I matched drilled the spacer bars and attach angles to the spare web they were not aligned correctly. Now the hole measures to be 0.18" long but the correct width wide. What is the best way to correct this? Thanks.

I would drill to the next larger rivet size, making sure that the edge distances are ok on the other parts. You could try to use a longer rivet to see if it will fill the hole in correctly, but chances are that the tail will fold over and you will have a mess. Best bet is to drill the hole for the next larger diameter rivet.Joe
