    The airfoil dimensions are set by the ridge on the form block, that's all that matters.
    I was thinking about this guys post for awhile... but it was my wife that answered it for me

    the router method creates a part that is industrialy beautiful...

    The wives wonder what we are doing in the garage...

    but women understand bling very well... when I put a stack of identical flap nose rib blanks in her hands she admired them for thier beauty aesthetics ... then put them back in my hands and said good work... you catch a woman’s eye for 10 seconds... count that as a win..

    the kids also wanted to touch the stack and look at the parts...

    The router creates something quite interesting and pleasing ...
