Hi All
Drilled the holes in my aileron nose ribs last night, was working hard to make sure these were accurately located and all in the identical location on all ribs. I ended up drilling/tapping a small piece of MDF, aligned and clamped it in the drill press to ensure the ribs in the same location each time. It worked great. I also purchased a hole saw of Amazon, McJ Tools 7/8 Inch HSS M2 Drill Bit Hole Saw for Metal, Steel, Iron, Alloy, Ideal for Electricians, Plumbers, DIYs, Metal Professionals : Amazon.ca: Tools & Home Improvement. Was $37 Canadian and drilled the holes perfectly (like butter), very clean cut with minimal burring at the edges of the hole.
