Easy Fabric Repair

When I was at OSH I swung by the Oratex Booth and picked up a couple of their A4 self adhesive repair sheets then painted them as I did other small parts. I am covering my fabric surfaces using Stewarts Systems. My hope is to streamline minor fabric repairs. The Repair Sheets took the Stewarts paint just fine, and now a small repair will match the paint and be very quick and easy to fix without glue, coating, and painting process.

The first photo is the back if the repair sheet. I purchased the White color repair sheet then painted its outer surface (Second Photo) Boulder Gray. This could also be used for making small images/art work..

Hi Brooks. Painting Oratex repair sheets is a great idea.

I too spent a great deal of time in the Oratex booth. Meet a guy named Brent that was covering a rather large elevator and talked me through the entire process. That was his Army green Rans s7 in front of the Oratex tent. I'm 99.9% sure that I'm going to cover my Patrol in Oratex.
