My thoughts were to use K1000-6 nut plates. My audio jacks are going on a Kydex interior and I can install the nut plates on the kydex. -
They are designed around size 6 machine screw. AN526C-632R10 -
The openings you have to cut are
3 port is 3.3" x 2.95"
2 port is 2.3" x 2.95"
