First flight yesterday of Patrol N101EP. 1/2 hour of phase 1 completed. Flew great, no trim issues. Even a nice smooth first landing. CHTs high at first but settled down after a few minutes but with low power setting.

I notice that many Bearhawks have the Cessna style wing root cabin vents as Bob recommends. I am having trouble finding the parts for them. Are there parts available that I am not finding or are they being made from scratch? Seeking ideas/methods...

I want to add a fitting to our Patrol fuel tanks for fuel return lines. We are planning on using Electronic Fuel Injection which will need it. I bought these ALUMINUM WELDING FLANGE AN867-2 to be welded on. I am thinking that using some of the low temp aluminum welding rod I have should work...
