Does anyone know the weight difference/savings between the standard Bob tailwheel with leafs and the stinger tailwheel. Also, what is involved to switch them out on a completed bearhawk?

Running engine, leaning mixture control working fine...at 1200 rpm idle cut off kills engine. Around 1000 or less it sputters but just getting enough fuel to keep sputtering, quitting, to barely sputtering etc. Doesn't want to quite quit from lack of fuel...again, anything at or over 1200 rpm...

I am looking for some input. I have clearance to cowling, cables, wiring etc but in two places high temperature scat tubing is touching exhaust and I am not able to get clearance by twisting tubing in any direction. Is it OK lo leave tubing touching exhaust in a couple locations? Or can it be...
