My finished panel arrived today: I created the layout and had Steve Schurwald at Aircraft Specialty Flightlines (www.asflightlines.com) fabricate it out of .090 6061-T6, powder coat and screen print it.

Got started on rib stitching the horizontal stabs. I'm using the staggerwing stitch and pretty happy with how my first attempts at how this turned out.

I've covered both trim tabs and am wondering if the little brace needs to be rib stitched. It's not a rib per se and with the thinness of the brace, I wonder if it would even be harmful to attempt it. I plan to put a piece of tape over it for reinforcement in any case. Thoughts?
