Nose Bowl Fixture

Now that we have our prop and spinner I could finally get measurements to confirm the spacing from the prop flange. We have IO-580, with 85" 3 blade Hartzell Trailblazer, so your mileage may vary. This jig is made for 1.125" spacing from prop flange to back of nose bowl. That should yield between 1/8" to 1/4" clearance. The rest we can fine tune with washers/spacer adjustment.

The jig is made in several pieces to simplify printing. Used some 3mm screws to assemble.
