Guys, got my right wing out of the fixture and on the table for hinging. I'm just starting to eyeball things and I noticed the the rod ends do not seem to sit deep enough in the hinge fixtures to get them above the bottom skin. I think this is going to be a problem. See this picture and comment please.

I'm going with the concept of the only stupid question is the one that goes unasked here, so take this with a grain of salt.
You reamed the bore after welding, right?
Are those MS 21152-2 bearings? They look different than my MS 21152-2 bearings, but that could be just a difference in manufacturers. Mine are Heim.
If You did ream the bores, did you ream all the way through? I would also double check the OD of the bearing shaft for taper. Possibly a reject part. Even if all of your bearings fit the same, still check for taper. As a former CNC operator, I will testify to how easy it is to create a large batch of identical rejects.
