    Before continuing to produce rib stiffeners I'd appreciate it if you all would take a look at the attached photo and comment. After beefing up my little 18" brake I'm getting what I think is an acceptable 1/8" radius with stiffener legs at right angles. But, I'd rather be wrong now than find out after producing several dozen.

          Looks great Mike. What kind of aluminum is that? It looks like 6061 because its not very shiny.

            It's 2024-T3 that I've scuffed and deburred before bending.
