  • Trailing Edge - Ailerons and Flaps

Looking to bend my trailing edges for the ailerons and flaps and just trying to visualise how these attach to the ribs before i make the bends as per drawing 10.
After bending do i cut the 2 inward facing flanges on the trailing edge where it is attached to the ribs and bend up to form the attach flange for the rib or how does this work, i have not been able to find any photos of this

    Thanks

Nick, Don't cut the trailing edge. Just take a pair of pliers and flatten (unbend or straighten it out) in the area where it contacts the ribs.
