This is my 2nd aircraft with nylaflow brake lines no problems to date. I Don't feel that heat presents that much of a problem. I don't need them for landings or take off.
The basic brake system design on the RV aircraft uses Nylaflow in between the pilot and passenger master cylinders. This is a high pressure side when the passenger uses the brakes and in practice it works fine. We do NOT use them down the gear legs and to the calipers. There the RV's spec out 1/4" aluminum lines. A fair number of folks have been using flex hose for the last few inches near the caliper to keep the aluminum lines from being flexed. The aluminum is easy to work with and cheap. The nylaflow works better than I would have originally guessed but I'd be a bit concerned about heating. Definitely use a high temp brake fluid. The old red stuff is very flammable.
Good luck

I have used nylaflow through out. In place of brake fluid I am using hydraulic transmission fluid. It doesn't evaporate easily, doesn't draw moisture and doesn't damage the seals in the System.
