    Can anybody tell me if the pulley assy at sta d is offset like sta f is on the 4 place thanks Wes

    Hey Wes,

    I offset mine. If you look at the flap cable clearance at STA C where it has to be closer to centerline to clear the landing gear mount is reason why. I'm not an expert and reluctant to offer advice.
