Short ribs behind fuel tank bay (4 place bravo)

Are the dimensions for the short ribs 3&4 scaled from drawing 3b. I did not see false spar line on drawing 4.

Patrol builder here, but I scaled mine off the "Wing Ribs" drawing which probably corresponds to your Sheet 3b. My mylar does not show it.
