Nose Rib Length

I am cutting my nose ribs to length before i flange them and have run into a question. On the plans, the double row of cap strips on the top of the main spar begins inboard of rib #19, and the double row of bottom capstrips begins inboard of rib #16. According to what i am seeing on the plans Ribs #18, #17 and follows the section A-A profile due to the double row of cap strips on the top and single row on the bottom. This is also depicted on the drawing of the Main Spar on Drawing Number 3. Where the confusion comes in is the rib #6 should also follow the the same pattern since it also has a double row and the top and a single row on the bottom, however on the main spar drawing, the 1/8" rib spacer terminates at the bottom cap strip. The only difference I see is that it is near this rib that the aileron drive bolts on. So if some one could help me understand this I would appreciate it. As far as I can count, the nose ribs should consist of 3 full size, 2 1/8 short and 18 of them at 1/4 short. Is this Correct?

Bucky, this should help you.... Size is either 1/4 short, 1/8 short, or full size.

Thanks Dave, that was what I was thinking. Just the plans looked a little confusing around Rib 16. Trying to sneak my way into a TDY out your direction so I can stop by and see the project.
