Front and Rear Spar Alignment!!!!!!

Working on a patrol.
I am building on a table and blocking the rear spar up

The attach holes are not concetric.

What I think I must do then is angle the wing down when mounting to the fuselage:

Table build with the rear spar spaced up with wood blocks:
I have found a good fit up with the ribs which were made from 31.968 blanks (32-0.32).
The ribs are square with main and rear spar with only trimming for notches.
