Lightening hole sizes

There are no dimensions in the plans or the builders manual. I understand that some parts will need to be scaled up, but there is no number to scale to on the plans.

Read your plans carefully. Just simply measure the hole and scale up. The scale is below each part usually. He will use multiple different scales on a single drawing.

Don't see anything. On the plans it says "scale drawing for dim not shown"

Use DWG 7. It is full scale.

yeah, but it doesn't have lightening hole sizes. Maybe I got a batch of bad plans.

Drawing 6 has the scale in the scale box. Measure and size up. Read the plans carefully.

I do not have my drawing in front of me, but I believe in the lower right corner it states Scale 1:2. Which basically means the items not showing a dimension or do not state "drawn full scale" are all drawn at 1/2 the full scale size. Therefore you would measure the diameter of the drawn lightening hole and then double that measurement to have actual full scale size. I hope this helps.

I will look when I get home. I triple checked that thing yesterday but didn't see anything regarding the dims, or "scale"

You guys are right..... I looked at the plans over and over and sure enough it says scale 1/2 on the bottom right hand corner of the plans. That makes things much easier.
