His takeoff run started at the beginning of the clip, not from the end of the runway as it was way too soggy down there. Off the ground in less than 250' on soft ground, uphill 1.5% grade, slight headwind as shown on the windsock at the six second point.

Marcusofcotton’s strip is pretty neat. It’s around 800 feet long with tall trees on 3 sides.
